PREPARATION
Aoraki’s Hot Smoked Salmon is crafted from freshwater King Salmon, combined with salt, golden syrup, and black rum. King Salmon is gently smoked using oak wood chips to enhance its natural flavor without overwhelming it. Delicious on top of a salad, flaked into a pasta or even on its own.
STORAGE INFORMATION
Keep frozen in the freezer at -18C or below.
